Flo. has always been about being great partners, doing great work, and reimagining what is possible.
Over the past seven years, we’ve been on an incredible journey—expanding into new markets, collaborating with over 50 clients worldwide, and honing our craft. But our brand identity hadn’t kept pace with our growth. It was time for a change.

This refresh wasn’t just about a new look; it was about ensuring our brand truly embodied who we had become. It also gave us a chance to fine-tune our branding process, making it more intuitive, seamless, and yes, even more fun for our clients.

Now, we’re excited to take you behind the scenes. From research and strategy to identity and activation, here’s how we evolved our brand.

Input & Insights First–Always

We kicked off our brand refresh the same way we do for our clients—with research. But this time, we turned the lens on ourselves.

We dug into what makes us unique, what we stand for, and what fuels our best work. We asked our clients and partners about their experiences with us—what they love, what could be better, and how we could elevate their experience.

Visuals matter, but words set the brand tone. If there’s one thing we have learned over the years, verbal identity needs to come first.

We took a closer look at not just what we say, but how we say it. While we have always been more comfortable behind the scenes, we realized our voice needed to be bolder—clear, confident, and reflective of the expertise we bring to the table.

We expanded our messaging to incorporate our audience's real insights and the unique value we deliver. And we embraced more of our personality in our words, making sure our voice truly feels like us in everything we say.

Crafting Our New Look

Our words set the foundation, but our visuals bring our new, refreshed brand to life.

We wanted a visual identity that felt uniquely Flo.—something intentional, meaningful, and built with purpose. We teamed up with one of our most trusted partners, Ronik, to craft a system that is unmistakably ours.

Our signature dot in Flo. became the anchor, shaping the geometric nature of our design system and motif. Every element was intentionally designed to create a visual language that communicates abstract concepts while reinforcing our brand personality.

Storytelling also played a big role in this evolution. Our 3D universe—rooted in a photo-realistic, fine art style—reflects logic and unity while embracing innovation and imagination.

More than just bold graphics, it’s a visual ecosystem that deepens our story and gives our brand new dimension.

Bringing the Brand to Life

Brand activation is where strategy meets action. More than a new look, it is about embracing our refreshed brand and making it real in everything we do.
